Elizabeth
Elizabeth Cosmetic bonding Line Elizabeth came to me to because she wanted to make her lateral incisors bigger so her smile would be more attractive. After doing a digital smile design and explaining that her entire smile was canted to the right, Elizabeth and her mom agreed to have orthodontics to correct the cant first. She then whitened her teeth and I did direct bondings on the two lateral incisors. The lateral incisors are the teeth on either side of the two front teeth on the upper. She is thrilled with her new smile. See this case

Ben has always wanted to be in the military. He wanted to pursue SEAL training and eventually become a medic. For his teeth he wanted the gaps closed and more grown up looking teeth. We decided to do direct composite bonding on the upper front six teeth. Today's bonding materials allow us to use multiple shades and different translucencies of material to create truly lifelike restorations. See this case
Guillermo
Guillermo Line Guillermo was aware that his front teeth appeared worn. We decided to do porcelain veneers on the upper front six teeth. We would blend the new front six teeth into the older restorations on his back teeth. He and his wife are thrilled with his new smile! His new smile is now over 8 years old and still looks great! Laura came to me with an implant-supported temporary crown on the left front tooth. It was not staying on the implant very well. After careful planning and discussion we were able to give her a wonderful smile by doing an implant crown on the left front tooth and a crown and two veneers on the other three front teeth. She is very pleased with the results. See this case
John
John Line John was referred to us by his wife to help with a single front crown that had come off. This crown had a history of coming off on multiple occasions. This initial appointment started our conversation about dental function and aesthetics. John's case involved the correction of functional issues that had led to the breakdown of his front teeth. Attempting to correct the aesthetics without a thorough understanding of the related functional issues would have been impossible. We started by doing some recontouring of his gums in selective areas on both his upper and lower arches. I then used all porcelain bonded crowns to complete his case. John and his wife were thrilled with the final results. See this case

Tony was interested in improving his smile but wasn't sure what options were available. His teeth were very functional but he was interested in improving their appearance. After a detailed smile and functional analysis he decided on a plan that would use a porcelain bridge to replace the missing tooth on the upper right, and porcelain crowns on the upper six front teeth. Many compliments followed! See this case
Marilyn
Marilyn Line Marilyn asked me to give her some options to make her front teeth look better. I did a digital analysis using pictures of her smile and face. After reviewing her photos and the smile analysis she decided that doing porcelain crowns on the front four teeth would be the best option for her. We were able to improve the shape, color and alignment of her front teeth by doing just the front four teeth. See this case

Ben is an amazing gentleman. He has overcome some very challenging medical issues by educating himself and taking action. A few years back he presented to me with a desire to improve the function and aesthetics of his teeth. His case involved using Invisalign orthodontics to straighten his teeth followed by upper and lower front veneers. He did not want the "Hollywood White" smile but rather wanted a more natural appearance. He wanted his new teeth to look like they belonged to him. By planning function, shape, color, and characterization we made it happen. See this case
Toni Line Toni came to me after a bad fall caused the fracture of her right front tooth. I repaired the tooth using direct composite bonding. I used different shades, different translucencies, and various tints to imitate nature. She was very excited that we were able to match her tooth so nicely without doing a crown. See this case
Julie Line Julie came to me desiring a more attractive smile. She didn't like the old crowns on her upper back teeth, the worn edges, or the roots showing. After a digital smile analysis we decided that her treatment would start with gum recontouring to even out her gum line. When the gums are symmetrical the smile can take on a whole new level of beauty. Following the gum reshaping, porcelain crowns and veneers were fabricated for most of the upper teeth. She was very excited with the final result. See this case
Susan Line Susan had worn down her upper and lower teeth due to bruxism (clenching and grinding) over the years. She made the decision to have them fixed. We did a digital smile design and computer mock up to give her an idea of what could be done. Since her front teeth were very short and she showed too much gum tissue, we started with gum reshaping. This evened out her gum line. We did crowns on her upper back teeth, veneers on her upper front teeth, and direct composite bonding on her lower front teeth. We made an upper orthotic night guard for her to wear at night to protect against the grinding and clenching. Susan's crowns and veneers have been in her mouth functioning for four years now. She is having no problems and still is excited about the aesthetic result. See this case
Bill Line Bill's left front tooth was fractured on the edge. A direct composite bonded filling was done to repair the fracture. My goal is always to mimic nature with every direct bonded composite restoration I do. See this case
Direct composite bonding Line Direct bonding can be used to repair fractures, improve color problems, improve shape issues, and many other cosmetic problems. This is an example of how direct bonding can be used to repair a defective old filling on the front left tooth. Using the best materials and techniques it is possible to imitate natural tooth structure to a very high level of accuracy. See this case
